Jeremy Schall is a justice integration strategist, recovery advocate, and systems change leader committed to transforming how we support individuals returning from incarceration. As Director of Justice Integration at Sanctuary Recovery Centers, Jeremy oversees outreach, admissions alignment, and cross-agency coordination to ensure that people reentering society receive the clinical, emotional, and spiritual support they need to truly thrive.

Jeremy’s life and leadership are rooted in lived experience. Having survived the storms of addiction, incarceration, and personal loss, he brings uncommon empathy and clarity to his work. From his beginnings as a recovery coach and outreach worker, to leadership roles in outpatient operations and admissions, Jeremy has spent the last decade shaping systems that honor human dignity and break cycles of recidivism.

Known for his calm strength, strategic insight, and unwavering heart for service, Jeremy is also a respected speaker and mentor in the reentry and behavioral health communities.
